Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | 2nd & 3rd Shifts Preferred
Pay: $160,000 – $185,000 per year + Signing Bonus up to $10,000

Key Responsibilities
- Compound sterile preparations in full compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and cGMP standards
- Maintain aseptic technique, gowning, and documentation practices
- Review and verify prescriptions and batch records for accuracy
- Perform final product verification and batch release (as authorized)
- Lead or mentor pharmacy technicians in sterile operations
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory readiness
Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy (accredited institution)
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (multi-state license a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of USP <797> sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital)
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, gowning, and cleanroom workflow
- Familiarity with USP <800> and cGMP practices
- Exceptional documentation accuracy and quality focus
