Job Highlights:
- Pay: Starting at $26/hr+ (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for payment approval
- Maintain vendor files and ensure records are up to date
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding receivables
- Support other departments as needed, including Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Front Desk
- Perform general office support and accounting -related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
