What You’ll Do
- Assemble cables and wire harnesses using work instructions and production specifications
- Perform soldering on wires, terminals, and connectors with consistent workmanship
- Strip, cut, crimp, and terminate wires using hand tools and assembly tools
- Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, accuracy, and basic quality standards
- Report damaged materials, rework issues, or non-conforming parts to the lead or supervisor
- Follow production, safety, and PPE requirements throughout the shift
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with 5S or 6S standards
- Perform repetitive assembly work while maintaining quality and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Previous cable assembly, wire harness assembly, or soldering experience preferred
- Ability to follow written work instructions in a production setting
- Reliable attendance and consistent work habits
