Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Support • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Educate clients on company services and internal procedures • Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently 2. Order Coordination • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and service requests 3. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication • Provide post-service documentation and support 4. Internal Collaboration • Work closely with departments such as logistics, IT, and operations to ensure smooth service execution • Support internal standards and compliance processes 5. Data Management & Reporting • Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM and Razor ERP • Generate reports related to service performance, order tracking, and resolution metrics Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) • 3+ years of customer service experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
