Job Highlights:

• Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)

• Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-time

• Location: Sugar Land, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components from engineering drawings and specs

• Operate press brakes (Amada preferred), welding machines, and fabrication tools

• Assemble enclosures and skids, ensuring accuracy and durability

• Use calipers, micrometers, and protractors to verify measurements

• Conduct inspections to meet internal and client quality standards

• Partner with engineers and integration teams to resolve fabrication challenges

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Skilled in using fabrication machinery and measurement tools

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

• Reliable, collaborative, and eager to grow
