As an Oven Operator, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality products that meet exacting standards. You'll enjoy structured training, a consistent schedule, and the chance to grow with a team that recognizes hard work.

Job Highlights:

• Pay: $12/hour

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Training: Two weeks, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Location: North Houston, TX

• Perks: Weekly pay, consistent schedule, and hands-on training

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial ovens during production cycles

• Maintain accurate records of temperature, timing, and product output

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications

• Clean and maintain oven equipment and work area

• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Communicate with team leads about production flow or equipment issues

Requirements:

• Must be dependable with strong attention to detail

• Able to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in warm environments

• Willing to complete training during weekday hours

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
