Job Highlights:

• Pay: $28–$32/hour (depending on experience)

• Schedule: Full-time | 2nd Shift

• Industry: Manufacturing / Assembly / Production

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations on the assembly floor

• Train and mentor new team members

• Distribute work orders and ensure accurate builds

• Oversee tool setup and equipment functionality

• Perform in-process quality checks and resolve defects

• Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5S principles

• Monitor productivity and manage scheduling, attendance, and performance

• Support hiring and onboarding of new staff

• Identify and escalate production issues to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/assembly setting

• Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team

• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, soldering, and forklifts

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and PC use

• High school diploma or GED

• Can read technical drawings and work orders

• Strong safety awareness and quality control mindset
