LINK Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Associate for a customer-facing luxury retail showroom in Houston, TX. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting showroom activity, making outbound sales calls, and helping turn customer interest into sales. What You’ll Do
- Help walk-in customers in the showroom and provide product support
- Assist repeat customers and build strong ongoing relationships
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and help generate sales
- Support showroom presentation, displays, and day-to-day organization
- Provide bilingual customer service in English and Spanish or English and Arabic
- Assist with creating social media content that supports sales efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish or English/Arabic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or other customer-facing sales experience required
- Department store or automotive sales experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers, answering questions, and helping close sales
- Outgoing, professional, and motivated in a fast-paced showroom setting
