Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and process customer orders promptly
Input orders accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Apply customer payments and process cash register transactions with accuracy
Maintain and update internal databases, systems, and records
Provide administrative support including scheduling, order processing, and inventory tracking
Respond to inquiries from sales, logistics, and other internal teams professionally
Coordinate with departments to resolve customer or operational issues, escalating as needed
Identify recurring issues and assist with process improvements
Requirements
Basic math skills for payment and order accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with customer management software a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a warehouse office setting
