Job Highlights
Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-time, consistent hours
Location: Houston, TX – (77087 & 77023)

Responsibilities
Operate OD or ID grinding machines to finish metal parts
Use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and job travelers
Report part deviations or defects to supervisor or QC inspector
Perform basic liquid penetrant exams when needed
Use jib or overhead cranes to safely move parts
Conduct daily maintenance and maintain a clean work area
Record all job-related data accurately
Requirements
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions in English
Skilled Operators: 1+ year of grinding experience required
Trainees: High school diploma or GED required
Willingness to complete a 4-week supervised training program
Comfortable using precision and basic hand tools
Must be open to acquiring personal tools via company-sponsored program
CNC lathe machine experience is preferred
