Forklift Operator – $18.50-$22/hr - Lancaster, TX - 1st Shift

Job Highlights:

• Pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)

• Location: Lancaster, TX

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate both Reach Truck (stand-up) and Sit-Down Forklifts

• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and equipment

• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and kitting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and special handling instructions

• Assist with returns, shipping/receiving, and inventory placement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck (stand-up forklift) and Sit-Down forklift experience

• Prior experience with order picking, shipping, and receiving processes

• Ability to lift medium to heavy materials and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending

• Must pass required screenings and have a strong attendance history
