About the Role
A respected manufacturing company in Katy, TX is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to manage inventory and logistics across multiple facilities. If you're experienced with material handling, proficient in Oracle EBS, and comfortable operating a stand-up forklift, this is your chance to step into a career-building opportunity.

Job Highlights

• Pay: $18.50/hr

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time

• Location: Katy, TX

• Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Systems Used: Oracle EBS, Microsoft Office Suite, stand-up forklift

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound/outbound shipments and enter data in Oracle EBS

• Pack and document items for RMA or shipment

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving paperwork

• Relocate inventory to appropriate bin or warehouse locations

• Follow U.S. import/export compliance standards

• Maintain and monitor warehouse equipment and supply levels

• Generate weekly/monthly inventory and operations reports

• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of warehouse or material control experience

• Experience with Oracle EBS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)

• Certified or experienced with stand-up forklift operation

• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in a physical work setting

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
