Job Highlights

• Pay:

  • Day Shift Lead: $20/hour

  • Night Shift Lead: $22/hour (after 3-month training at day shift pay)

• Schedule:

  • Day Shift Lead: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Night Shift Lead: Training 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 months), then 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• Location: North Houston, TX

• Perks: Leadership role, long-term opportunity, hands-on training, fast-paced logistics environment

• Forklift Observations & Interviews Required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse order pickers during assigned shift

• Operate Raymond Cherry Picker and Reach Truck to pull and stage orders

• Monitor productivity and ensure team meets daily performance targets

• Train and guide new and existing team members

• Communicate with supervisors to maintain workflow and resolve issues

• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Raymond Cherry Picker and Reach Truck

• Prior experience in a warehouse lead or team leadership role

• Strong background in order picking and warehouse operations

• Must be able to pass a forklift skills observation

• Availability to work the specified schedule for either shift
