• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | No overtime expected

• Location: Sugar Land, TX (easily commutable from Missouri City, Stafford, Rosenberg, and West Houston)

• Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team performance

• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure safety compliance

• Train and mentor new team members

• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel to track inventory and performance

• Support shipping/receiving operations and verify container receipts

• Communicate clearly with teams and leadership in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

• Bilingual – English/Spanish fluency required

• Prior leadership experience in warehousing or logistics

• Comfortable using WMS platforms and Microsoft Excel

• Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and productivity in a fast-paced setting

• Reliable, organized, and confident in leading by example
