Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety

• Build, train, and lead a high-performing team to support production and inventory control

• Oversee shipping, receiving, stocking, and marshalling of materials and equipment

• Monitor US import/export regulations and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

• Ensure accurate cycle counts and timely reporting to Inventory Control

• Maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring safety and reliability

• Generate operational reports to track performance, workload, and transaction accuracy

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment (required)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Stand-up forklift driving experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience

• Oracle system proficiency

• Certified forklift trainer

• Demonstrated inventory control management experience
