Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $24.00-$27.00/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift
LINK Staffing is hiring an Accounting Clerk for a full-time day shift opportunity in the Katy area. This role is a good fit for someone with accounting support experience who is comfortable handling reconciliations, expense documentation, deposits, and day-to-day financial recordkeeping in a professional office setting.

What You’ll Do
- Process corporate credit card transactions and organize receipts and backup documentation
- Review and code employee expense reports accurately
- Maintain petty cash records, check logs, and daily deposit documentation
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for cash activity
- Support customer deposits and keep related records organized
- Assist with prepaid expense tracking, account reconciliations, and revenue reporting
- Set up vendors and help maintain customer portal information
- Support audit preparation and other accounting or administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Accounting degree preferred
- At least 2 years of related accounting or office experience
- Experience with expense reports, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- SAP experience is a plus
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly
