Where You’ll Work
You’ll be working in a professional office setting for a well-established organization with a structured finance department. This is a 100% in-office role located in the North Houston area, offering a supportive environment and exposure to core accounting functions.
Job Highlights
Pay: $45,000–$48,000 annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Houston area (in-office role)
Work Environment: Professional office / finance department
Growth Opportunity: Exposure to multiple areas of accounting
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payments
Manage accounts receivable activities such as billing, statements, and collections
Prepare and process invoices using accounting or ERP systems
Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
Support financial reporting, audits, and special accounting projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
