This role is a strong fit for someone with accounts payable and general accounting experience who can manage invoice processing, PO matching, vendor reconciliations, and month-end support in a fast-paced office setting.

What You’ll Do
- Review invoices for accuracy and confirm proper backup before payment
- Create material purchase orders, receive materials, and complete 3-way matching
- Enter PO and non-PO invoices for timely payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
- Analyze freight charges and verify outside carrier invoices
- Process employee travel and expense reports according to policy
- Support month-end close with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger updates
- Monitor the AP inbox and respond to vendor questions in a timely manner
- Process transfers between locations and help maintain accurate records
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and other accounting support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Able to work with large data sets and detailed financial information
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
