Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team. This position requires individuals with excellent hand-eye coordination, high precision, and strong manual dexterity to assemble components while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy and precision.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Identify and report defects or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience required.
• High level of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
