What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical parts, frames, hardware, and related components
- Use hand tools and power tools to fasten, fit, and adjust parts
- Follow drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and written assembly instructions
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, fit, and proper function
- Install or connect basic electrical or hydraulic components when needed
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues during the build
- Identify and report missing parts, damaged materials, or quality concerns
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical, manufacturing, or production assembly experience
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring tools
- Able to read and follow drawings, diagrams, blueprints, or written assembly instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
