This hands-on position is ideal for candidates with production or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced plant environment. 

Job Highlights

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Dupont Schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
• Location: Seabrook, TX

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used to manufacture thermoplastic pellets
• Perform resin blending and load raw materials into production equipment
• Operate and monitor extrusion lines as needed
• Package finished products according to customer specifications
• Handle bulk loading operations, including railcars and sea containers
• Load 50-pound bags throughout production
• Collect product samples and perform basic quality inspections
• Conduct routine equipment checks and monitor production processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Complete additional production duties as assigned 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle 50-pound bags regularly
• Comfortable working in a plant environment with varying temperatures
• Must pass a background check, physical, and required drug screening
• Forklift experience is a plus
