Where You’ll Work

Join a well-established manufacturing operation in the Seabrook / La Porte area. This is a hands-on, non-climate-controlled production environment where operators work with resin materials, industrial blending equipment, extrusion lines, and finished-product packaging.

Job Highlights

• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-time | Dupont rotating schedule
• Shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Location: Seabrook / La Porte, TX area
• Opportunity: Temp-to-hire
• Consistent 12-hour production shifts
• Gain additional experience with resin blending and extrusion operations
• Hands-on industrial manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial resin blending and mixing equipment
• Stage, measure, and load raw materials into blenders and production lines
• Support and monitor extrusion equipment throughout production
• Handle bulk materials, including loading 50 lb. bags
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Collect product samples and perform basic quality checks
• Complete routine equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements

• Previous industrial blending or mixing equipment experience required
• Previous manufacturing, production, or plant experience
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating Dupont schedule, including both days and nights
• Ability to regularly lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing machinery and production equipment
