CNC Lathe & Mill Operator
Location: East Houston Area
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Overtime: Friday overtime and weekends as needed
LINK Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a machine shop position in the East Houston area. Openings are available for both entry-level candidates with industrial experience and experienced CNC operators with lathe or mill background. This role works a Monday–Thursday schedule with overtime available on Fridays.

What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC lathes and machining equipment
- Load materials and monitor machine cycles
- Inspect parts during production runs
- Support machining operations and production flow
- Use measuring tools and follow work instructions
- Keep work areas clean and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Industrial, fabrication, or machining experience preferred
- CNC lathe or CNC mill experience preferred for advanced openings
- Experience with manual machining equipment is a plus
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Comfortable working in a machine shop environment
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
