What You’ll Be Doing
• Assemble cables and wire harnesses according to detailed work instructions and specifications
• Perform soldering of wires and connectors with precision, consistency, and strong workmanship
• Strip, cut, crimp, and terminate wires using basic hand tools and assembly tools as required
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met (visual inspection and basic checks)
• Identify and report quality issues, rework needs, or non-conforming materials to the Lead/Supervisor
• Follow all production, quality, and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S/6S standards
• Work efficiently in a repetitive, hands-on production environment while maintaining high quality
Requirements
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks
• Previous cable assembly and/or soldering experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow written work instructions in a production environment
