This 1st shift role pays $17.00 per hour and focuses on operating packaging equipment that forms and prepares corrugated cases for production. What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate case erector equipment during production
- Load corrugated box blanks into the machine hopper
- Adjust machine settings for box size and production needs
- Clear jams and make minor machine adjustments to keep the line moving
- Inspect finished cases for proper folding, sealing, and alignment
- Keep boxes, tape, glue, or other packaging materials stocked
- Complete production counts and basic safety documentation
- Manually assemble boxes when needed to support production
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to make minor equipment adjustments
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to lift up to 40–65 pounds if required
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment
- Able to follow plant safety procedures
