Looking for a full-time warehouse opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday day shift? LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Cherry Picker / Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse operation in the East Houston area. This position combines forklift operation with hands-on material handling, loading, unloading, palletizing, and general warehouse duties.

Job Highlights

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Location: East Houston, TX
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Steel-toed boots preferred; slip-resistant shoes accepted
• Hands-on warehouse and forklift position
• No scanner experience or WMS knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker and forklift safely in a warehouse environment
• Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklift equipment
• Remove boxes from incoming units and palletize products
• Wrap incoming pallets before moving and stocking inventory
• Tape and secure palletized products for stability
• Use a pallet jack to move products from the dock into inventory
• Handle radiators and cooling condensers averaging 10–20 lbs.
• Assist with two-person lifts for occasional bulky heavy-duty radiators weighing approximately 40 lbs.
• Maintain general warehouse housekeeping when trucks do not need to be loaded or unloaded

Requirements

• Previous cherry picker experience required
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience
• Ability to safely load and unload trucks
• Ability to palletize, wrap, secure, and move warehouse products
• Ability to regularly handle products weighing 10–20 lbs.
• Ability to participate in a two-person lift of bulky products weighing approximately 40 lbs.
• Steel-toed boots preferred; slip-resistant work shoes acceptable
