What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform mechanical assembly and basic wiring tasks according to drawings and work instructions

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams to complete work accurately

• Inspect parts and materials for defects or accuracy prior to assembly

• Identify and report quality issues or non-conformances to the Lead or Supervisor

• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and escalate unresolved issues promptly

• Ensure required tools and materials are available; report shortages as needed

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality

• Follow PPE and safety requirements; report safety concerns or equipment issues

• Maintain clean, organized workstations in alignment with 6S standards

Requirements

• Electrical assembly or manufacturing assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams and mechanical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Dependable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift

• Safety-first mindset
