What You’ll Do

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related electrical assemblies

• Route, label, terminate, and secure wiring inside panels

• Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions

• Use voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools during assembly and testing

• Perform visual checks and basic functional testing

• Inspect wiring, parts, connections, and finished assemblies for accuracy

• Report missing parts, incorrect materials, defects, or assembly issues

• Keep your tools and work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, panel wiring, or control panel building

• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, or technical drawings

• Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems

• Experience using voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools

• Ability to troubleshoot basic wiring or assembly issues

• Strong attention to detail when wiring, labeling, inspecting, and testing

• Able to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

• Able to bend, kneel, reach overhead, and work with small components

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
