About the Job – South Houston
Join a respected precision manufacturing facility in South Houston, known for training entry-level talent into skilled CNC machinists. You’ll work under the guidance of seasoned Operators and gain real-world machining experience in a safe, organized environment.
Job Highlights:
Pay: $16–$18/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
Location: South Houston
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operating CNC lathes, Swiss-style CNC lathes, and vertical machining centers
Support the Operator in maintaining smooth machine operations
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a tidy workspace
Learn foundational machining practices and terminology
Requirements:
Some hands-on machining experience
Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working as part of a team
