LINK Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator for a warehouse opportunity in the Katy, TX area. This role pays $18.50 per hour and requires experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
This is a hands-on warehouse role supporting material movement, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and basic inventory tracking. It is a good fit for someone with forklift experience who is comfortable moving materials safely and helping keep inventory accurate.

- Hands-on role with forklift operation and basic system updates
What You’ll Do
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and organize materials
- Receive inbound shipments and help verify materials
- Move items to the correct warehouse or bin location
- Support outbound shipments, transfers, and returns
- Review shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy
- Enter received materials and inventory updates into the warehouse system
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Pack and document returned or transferred materials
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
- Comfortable using warehouse inventory systems
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Able to follow work instructions and work safely around warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or GED
