Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Notify internal teams of delivery delays that could affect backorders or project schedules
• Collaborate with international partners and Purchasing to expedite orders when needed
• Recommend solutions such as expedited freight or substitutions to maintain customer delivery timelines
• Track and manage inbound shipments with accurate ETA reporting
• Conduct weekly supply gap analysis and communicate discrepancies
• Align Sales Order ship dates with real-time material availability for accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Allocate materials to Sales Orders, Work Orders, and Transfer Orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of special inventory categories, including “Retrofit Project” stock
• Coordinate installer returns and reconcile inventory accurately
• Support warehouse receiving, pickups, and resolve discrepancies in returned materials

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and transfer orders
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with international teams and import logistics preferred
