Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Overtime and weekends may be required
LINK Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Helper in Houston, TX for a hands-on industrial role paying $15.00/hr. This position works 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and overtime or weekend hours may be required. You will help with production support, material handling, shop cleanup, and general labor in an industrial work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support production and general shop operations
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and accessories
- Help with equipment cleaning and basic machine support after training
- Use hand tools and power tools as needed
- Assist with hydrostatic testing and painting support
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or industrial work is helpful
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs during the shift
- Able to work in hot, cold, wet, and outdoor conditions
- Able to lift heavy materials and occasionally carry up to 100 lbs
- Must follow training, safety rules, and PPE requirements
- Reliable and ready for a physical work environment
