Industrial Maintenance Tech
Location: Stafford, TX
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time; maintenance coverage rotation required
LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a manufacturing operation in Stafford. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical production equipment, including support equipment such as extruders, braiders, and compressors. Candidates with industrial maintenance experience and working knowledge of PLCs and drives are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Support equipment including extruders, braiders, compressors, and related systems
- Diagnose equipment problems and recommend repair or replacement
- Make equipment modifications or upgrades to support production needs
- Order and track maintenance parts and supplies
- Provide maintenance support during scheduled coverage rotation
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of PLCs and drives
- Able to use diagnostic tools and perform basic shop math
- Must provide own tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to kneel, reach, stand, and move throughout the shift
- Electrical license or technical certification is a plus
