Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operation inspections, calibration, and basic maintenance checks
- Operate machinery and monitor production processes
- Feed raw materials into machines and ensure proper workflow
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during operation
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment status
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to understand written instructions and complete basic documentation
- Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 90 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
