What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform pre-operation inspections and basic equipment checks
- Feed raw materials into machines and maintain proper workflow
- Monitor production to ensure equipment is operating correctly
- Inspect finished products and perform quality checks
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Complete required production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
What We’re Looking For
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) OR Spanish-speaking
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete basic documentation
- Basic mechanical and math skills
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 90 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
