LINK Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturer of threaded fasteners and custom metal products used in the industrial and construction industries. Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Some Saturdays may be required
• Mandatory overtime as needed
• $18.00 per hour
• Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a mechanical punch press to manufacture metal parts
• Load raw materials into the machine
• Run production while monitoring machine performance
• Remove finished products from the press
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Use a measuring tape to verify dimensions
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Previous heavy industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Must know how to use a measuring tape
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime when required
• Steel-toe work boots are required
• Safety glasses and hearing protection are required

• Hot manufacturing facility
• Fast-paced industrial production setting
