Machine Operator

Openings: 3 total (2 Day Shift, 1 Night Shift)

LINK Staffing is hiring 3 Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in East Houston. We are hiring 2 bilingual operators for day shift and 1 operator for night shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who can safely operate machinery, monitor production, and keep materials moving through the process.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation inspections, calibration, and basic machine checks
• Operate machinery and monitor production during the shift
• Feed raw materials into machines and keep workflow moving
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during operation
• Record production activity and equipment status
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills
• Ability to read instructions and complete basic documentation
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 90 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for the 2 day shift openings

Shift Openings

• Day Shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM): 2 openings (bilingual required)
• Night Shift (8:00 PM–6:00 AM): 1 opening
