Job Highlights
Pay: $30 – $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Houston, TX

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, composite and steel work).
Run programs, perform tool offsets, and troubleshoot alarms/machine malfunctions.
Conduct first-article inspections and verify quality with precision measuring tools.
Maintain production goals, scrap/rejection rates, and accurate reporting.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Assist and train operators to minimize downtime.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
2–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
Strong knowledge of shop math, blueprints, and inspection techniques.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance).
Able to stand for long periods (8–12 hours daily).
Mechanically inclined and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
