What You’ll Do
- Operate filler equipment during production runs
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime
- Support setup, changeovers, and line operation
- Work safely around chemical-related production processes
- Keep up with multiple production demands at the same time
- Help maintain output, quality, and safe operating conditions
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling as needed

- Extensive experience as a filler operator
- Strong mechanical background
- Strong chemical background
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a production setting with safety and quality expectations

- High school diploma or GED: Missing
