Filament Winder Operator
Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Opening
Work a steady overnight schedule in a hands-on manufacturing role. This position focuses on operating filament winding equipment, handling materials, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Job Highlights

What You’ll Do
- Operate filament winding machines during production
- Set up, clean, and break down equipment and resin baths
- Handle and move production materials and finished parts
- Follow standard procedures to offload and stage products
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (up to 100 lbs with help)
- Comfortable working long shifts on your feet
- Must be able to wear a respirator (clean-shaven required for proper fit)
- Able to work in a hot, physically demanding environment
