Location:Seabrook, TX or La Porte, TX or Kemah, TX
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule:
Full-time | Dupont Schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
LINK Staffing is hiring a Line Operator or Production Operator in Seabrook with blending and extrusion support experience. This is a hands-on plant role working with resin materials, operating blending equipment, supporting extrusion lines, and packaging finished product.
Job Highlights
- $18.00/hr
- Full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts
- Work with blending and extrusion processes
- Hands-on production environment
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor resin blending equipment during production
- Stage and load raw materials into blenders and production lines
- Support and monitor extrusion equipment during operation
- Package finished product and prepare for shipment
- Handle bulk materials, including 50 lb. bag loading
- Take samples and perform basic quality checks
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintain housekeeping
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating industrial blending or mixing equipment required
- Manufacturing or production experience in a plant environment
- Able to work 12-hour rotating Dupont schedule (days and nights)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Able to work safely around machinery
