This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on metal fabrication experience who can read drawings, work with metal parts, operate shop equipment, and check finished work for accuracy.

What You’ll Do
- Read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to fabricate metal parts
- Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, welding equipment, grinders, and shop tools
- Bend, shape, grind, finish, and assemble metal components
- Use calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other measuring tools to check work
- Inspect parts for fit, alignment, quality, and accuracy
- Report material, fit-up, or fabrication issues when they come up
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of metal fabrication experience
- Ability to read and follow drawings, blueprints, or technical work instructions
- Experience using metal fabrication machinery and hand tools
- Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or protractors
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a noisy, dusty fabrication shop
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Welding, polishing, finishing, or CNC press brake experience is a plus
