This role is a strong fit for candidates with active Texas water and wastewater operator licenses who can support daily operations, maintenance, compliance checks, and basic equipment troubleshooting. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment equipment and systems
- Collect, review, and help analyze samples to support TCEQ compliance
- Perform routine maintenance on filters, tanks, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with repairs
- Record testing, maintenance, and daily operating activity accurately
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Active TCEQ Class C Water Operator License
- Active TCEQ Class C Wastewater Operator License
- Experience operating or maintaining water and wastewater systems
- Basic math skills for measurements and chemical dosing
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical ability to lift, move materials, and perform hands-on field work
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems is helpful
