Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 40+ hours per week

A growing manufacturing company is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems to support production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipment and related machinery
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Replace worn or defective machine components
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, air compressors, chillers, pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and equipment testing
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding or manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
