LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Reach Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a busy warehouse environment. This position offers consistent daytime hours and a mix of forklift operation and hands-on warehouse work.

Job Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Hours: Full-time
• Overtime: Some Saturdays may be required depending on workload
• Approximately 50% reach forklift operation / 50% material handling
• Long-term warehouse opportunity
• Weekly pay through LINK Staffing
• Location: Houston, TX

What You’ll Do

• Operate a reach truck forklift safely throughout the warehouse
• Pick and pull orders accurately
• Pack, stage, and prepare materials for shipment
• Load, unload, and move warehouse materials
• Perform general material handling and warehouse duties
• Spend approximately half of the shift operating a forklift and half working on your feet

Requirements

• Must have Reach Truck experience
• 3+ years of forklift and warehouse experience
• Previous experience with picking, packing, and order pulling
• Comfortable performing both forklift and hands-on material handling duties
• Must be available to work Saturdays when required
• Must meet applicable background requirements for the assignment
