This role pays $20/hr and is a good fit for someone with hands-on mechanical assembly experience who can follow drawings, use tools correctly, take accurate measurements, and build mechanical components with attention to detail.
This is not a general labor-only role. Candidates should have real mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical parts and components using work instructions, drawings, and basic schematics
- Use hand tools and power tools for fastening, fitting, adjusting, and finishing work
- Measure and check parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges when needed
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to confirm parts are assembled correctly
- Follow metric measurements and written production instructions accurately
- Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and report material, quality, or production concerns
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or basic schematics
- Comfortable using or learning precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges
- Basic understanding of metric measurements preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly work
