What You’ll Do
Assemble mechanical units using drawings and work instructions
Use basic hand tools and torque tools to complete assembly tasks
Follow written instructions, production steps, and safety procedures
Check completed assemblies for accuracy, fit, and completeness
Report missing parts, damaged materials, or assembly issues
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work with limited supervision while meeting daily production expectations
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Experience using basic hand tools and torque tools
Able to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures
Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Basic English communication skills for work instructions, safety, and job duties
Able to work with limited supervision
Dependable and accountable work habits
Able to work occasional Saturdays when needed
