Overview
A fast-growing, high-volume compounding pharmacy in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is expanding its production team and seeking Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Technicians in Training for full-time, direct-hire roles. This opportunity offers long-term stability, competitive pay, multiple shift options, and hands-on experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding environments.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a regulated, cleanroom-based pharmacy setting while gaining valuable compounding experience, structured training, and clear advancement pathways.
Position Highlights
Pay Range: $22.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience, licensure, and certification)
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (no contract or temp work)
Shifts: Multiple shifts available
Environment: High-volume, regulated compounding pharmacy
Training: Structured onboarding with sterile and non-sterile exposure

Key Responsibilities
Support daily sterile and non-sterile compounding production
Prepare, measure, package, and label medications per SOPs and batch records
Maintain compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards
Assist with inventory control, documentation accuracy, and quality checks
Work in a cleanroom and production-driven pharmacy environment
Collaborate with pharmacists and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician
Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License (required)
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (compounding, production, fulfillment, or retail)
Experience working in regulated or high-volume environments preferred
Pharmacy Technician in Training
Active Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration
Strong interest in sterile and non-sterile compounding
Willingness to advance toward full licensure and certification
