Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

LINK Staffing is hiring a Pick and Pack Warehouse Associate for a warehouse role in Katy, TX. This position pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour and is a good fit for someone with warehouse experience who can pick orders, pack products, check accuracy, and help keep materials moving throughout the shift.
Forklift experience is a plus, but it is not required for this position.

What You’ll Do
- Pick products based on order tickets, labels, or warehouse instructions
- Pack orders neatly and accurately for shipment or staging
- Check item numbers, quantities, labels, and product condition
- Stage completed orders in the correct warehouse area
- Move and organize materials as needed
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Pick and pack, order pulling, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift
- Reliable attendance and safety-focused work habits
