LINK Staffing is hiring a Chemical Process Operator for a chemical-processing facility in Carrollton, TX.

We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused candidate with experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or industrial operations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position paying $40.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

As a Chemical Process Operator, you will:

• Operate pumps, reactors, mixers, and related processing equipment

• Monitor gauges, flowmeters, control panels, and process conditions

• Take samples and accurately record process data

• Safely handle chemicals using required PPE

• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance

• Identify and report equipment or process issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures, operating guidelines, and 5S standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or a related industrial environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Basic chemistry knowledge or willingness to learn

• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance

• Ability to work the required shift schedule

• Ability to work on-site in Carrollton, TX
